Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the prescribed educational and technical qualifications for the post on or before the last date of submission of applications. Candidates having poor educational technical qualification final result will not be eligible.

Application Form and Interested candidates can submit the form through the official website of any RRB. A separate application has to be submitted for each POST as a separate examination will be conducted for each pay stratum applicable for each post. Examination fee is required to be paid separately.

Once the application is submitted the selected RRB will finalize the salary details.

If more than one application is submitted for the same post, the application will be rejected. 

How to submit application

All applications will be filled through online mode from the official website of RRB. 

Eligibility of the candidates will be final on the basis of details given by the candidates in the application. RRB will not conduct detailed scrutiny of the applications for eligibility. Therefore, candidates fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria as per requirement will be finally accepted. Candidates will be considered as per Educational Qualification Age Medical Mother Candidates have to read the requirements and satisfy themselves if they are eligible for the post, certificate documents in support of their educational qualification, income, caste category etc. will be asked at the time of document verification by RRB Verification of documents of education, qualification, caste category etc. Will be selected after verification otherwise the candidature of the candidate will be canceled

If during or after any stage it is found that any information about the candidate is incorrect, if the candidate has suppressed any material information, or if the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria for the post, his/her candidature will be summarily rejected. will be done

The crucial date for claiming SC/ST/OBC/EWS/EBC or any other benefits like fee concession, reservation exemption etc. unless otherwise specified will be the last date of submission of online application for Central Employment News.

Medical fitness

Candidates must ensure that they meet the prescribed medical standards of the given post. Candidates who are found medically unfit for the selected posts will not be given alternative appointment.

RRB Selection and Priority for PostsThe vacancies of Railway Recruitment Board and Railway Board shown in this Central Employment News will remain final which may increase as per the requirement of the concerned Railway Administration. Candidates can choose only one RRB in Pay Star and indicate their preferences for Railway Zone and further categories, 

Candidates must ensure that they are eligible to apply for this post and candidates with partial option will be considered only for those Railway Zones and Categories chosen by them, subject to vacancy position at the time of allotment. If no option is given for some post categories then it will be considered as their option once given will be final.

No other option will be given for the categories and hence their absence will be considered.

Candidates must have their active mobile number and a personal email ID for all update communications during the entire period of Bharti, as all their communications will be given through SMS and email only.

During online application candidates will be asked to create an account, if any candidate has already created an account for Central Employment News No. 4/2024 then he/she will not have to create a new account for this application and you will have to login to the already created account and submit your application. have to deposit

What precautions need to be taken before applying?

To submit online application, you will have to create an account through the Railway Recruitment Board from its official website through which your form and application will be applied. 

You have to be careful that there is no mistake in the account you are creating for the application. For this, fill your mobile number and email ID correctly.

Improvement in online application

If you have applied and once the application is applied, you can make changes in the application except mobile number and email ID, for which you will be charged Rs 250 for making changes.

General instructions

Admission at all stages of the recruitment process will be provisional provided the candidate fulfills all the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Mere issue of a call letter to the candidates will not mean that the candidature has been finally accepted by the RRB.

There

RRBs verify the eligibility conditions with reference to the original documents only after the candidate has qualified all the stages of the examination and is shortlisted for document verification. If the candidate is found incorrect then the RRB will take action at any stage of the recruitment process. candidature of the applicant will also be rejected and such candidates will be removed from the place of appointment

Before applying for the post under this notification, candidates should satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria including educational qualification and medical standards given below. Candidates should ensure that they have been cleared by the Central Employment News before applying for the post. By the last date, they should have obtained the requisite degree diploma from a recognized board/university institute.

Candidates who give any wrong information in the online application given in this Central Employment News, their application will be rejected.

Educational qualification

Candidates should enter their name, father’s name and date of birth as per the matriculation, high school examination certificate, 10th class or certificate thereof

If any candidate’s name has been changed then he/she will have to submit a government or legal document.

While applying, the signature of the candidate should be same in all the documents. 

Posting-

Ordinarily a Railway employee shall be employed during the entire service in the Railway or Railway establishment in which he is first posted and he shall have no right as to transfer to any other Railway or to any other station though the service of the competent authority. Railways may transfer employees to any other Department or Railway Establishment including project inside or outside India unless the newly appointed candidate completes at least 5 to 10 years of service subject to transfer to other Railways. No request will be registered thus candidates are advised to choose their RRB with due care and deliberation
